Acentic Vision is a modular approach for providing services aimed at both the guest, such as movies, Internet access, hotel information; and at the hotelier, for instance guest questionnaire, staff menu, conference manager and minibar consumption reporting.

The Vision system includes numerous user-friendly features:

• a sophisticated Graphical User Interface (GUI) including a welcome screen, guest messaging, hotel information menu (replacing the Hotel Services Directory), guest questionnaire and wake up calls
• a Content Manager enabling the hotel to update guests on hotel facilities, such as changes in restaurant/bar opening times
