Beyond technology and content, Acentic is more importantly a service provider. We take a very personal approach to customer service, incorporating proactive, reactive and preventative methods of ensuring our digital TV systems are installed and fully maintained with complete peace of mind for the hotelier. Acentic’s service philosophy considerably reduces the number of issues occurring and therefore maximises hotel satisfaction as well as guest satisfaction.
