Through the implementation of Acentic’s VPN-supported LIVE VIEW monitoring tool, online diagnostics are conducted at all times for remote intervention. In a small minority of the cases, a site visit is required which is immediately issued and subject to stringent turnaround time and control. Approximately every quarter, an Acentic technician proactively visits each hotel to check on the system, solicit hotel and guest feedback and resolve any problems. This team is also charged with ensuring that Acentic customers have the most up-to-date versions of operating and application software.
