The core of Acentic’s digital solutions is the Vision Series, a platform of interactive guest communication and digital entertainment solutions. It is a modular approach for providing services aimed at both the guest, e.g. movies, Internet access, hotel information, and at the hotelier, for instance guest questionnaire, maid menuing, conference manager and minibar consumption reporting.

The Vision system includes numerous user-friendly features:

  • a sophisticated Graphical User Interface (GUI) including a welcome screen, guest messaging, hotel information menu (replacing the Hotel Services Directory), guest questionnaire, wake up calls and even room service ordering
  • a Content Manager enabling the hotel to update guests on hotel facilities, such as changes in restaurant/bar opening times
